I can never thank them enough.
We needed to move in 5 weeks for a job transfer and I did not have a lot of money. I was afraid of having to pay for our new apartment and also pay for the mortgage. Since I had little equity in the property, I was worried that even if I did find a buyer fast, what if they wanted me to do a lot of repairs or pay closing costs? I called many Realtors, but they all said they could not guarantee to having the house sold within the next 5 weeks. Finally I met this real estate investment company. They took the house as-is and they worked the selling date around our schedule. This cost us nothing and we still made a lot of money! It worked for me and I would not change a thing. I can never thank them enough.
